OK my friends - I am letting you all know about this prior to the media blitz. The website should be updated in a few hours.
I know it's been a while, and I've seen my share of crappy deals and shady characters. I've learned a lot along the way. So I would not have signed unless we had a handle on these guys. This is a huge deal, especially for a first-time filmmaker. So I'm pretty proud of what the cast & crew pulled off. And what Alan Grosheider and Troy King did to make the first deal happen.
And no, there is no up-front money: it only comes in as they sell it to the different retailers. It may take a while to get there, but we will be in stores.
But it gets us nationwide exposure!
The other messages are about REQUIEM, but the exposure from those will hopefully increase interest in DMR - so it's all good.
Feel free to tell everyone about it - MySpace, email friends, newsgroups, you name it.
